Self-Disclosure
Self- Disclosure is some thing that happens to every one of us. Even if we dont know it, we reveel things about ourselves that we would not have in certain situations, or even to certain people or groups. Because of this we tend not to allow our selves to be completely understood by every one around us, and that is where stereotypes can begin. But at the same time not every one needs to know about every thing that we do or have done. I think that the game that we played in class yesterday was a really fun way to express something about us that not every one in the class may know. Granted towards the end we just started making general observations to get enough people to get up and run, but it still was a very effective way to express and better understand self-disclosure.

ReplyDeleteThat game was really fun! :) I was a little disappointed when everyone wasn't really trying. It could've been nice to learn more stuff about our classmates. But it really did help us understand self-disclosure.
