You've got Mail
I think that the movie showed us that we as people really do appreciate and crave face to face communication especially to better understand the person that we are talking to. Without it I think that we are left with a lot of open spaces that we fill with our imagination and assume a lot of things about that person. This most often occurs if we have not properly met them and had a meaningful conversation. The movie really emphasized how we make assumptions and possibly completely change what the person is like, and it can be very misleading to others. An example of that during the movie would be while they are discussing what the numbers 152 could possibly stand for. With this excercise I believe that I better understand the many steps and phases of communication.

There is some great analysis in this blog post. Some great connections are made! I am surprised you didn't bring in perception as well, though. There were a few MUGS errors, so 11/12 was earned.
